Matelux / Acid-Etched Glass
Matelux / Acid-Etched Glass
Reno Go
Matelux, also known as Acid-Etched Glass, is a type of decorative glass that has been chemically treated with acid on one surface to create a smooth, satin-like frosted finish. This process removes the glossy surface of the glass and produces a uniform matte appearance that softly diffuses light while maintaining a high level of privacy.
Unlike sandblasted glass, acid-etched glass has a silky smooth texture that is less prone to fingerprints and easier to clean, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.
